Job Description
1 ) Over all control of Production and Utility in running modern press shop.
having 16T & 10 T Mechanical press , Manual Hand press , Spot Welding.
Grinders , De-coiler machine , Vibration machine.
2 ) Knowledge of sheet Metal dies , tooling , fixtures and its maintenance.
a. Exposure to electrostatic powder spray paint & pretreatment.
c. Processes related to metal forming for sheet metal components.
d. Low cost automations and Material Handling systems.
4 ) Shall be responsible for productivity improvement and quality of
component production.
5 ) Manpower allocation / machine scheduling / daily production plan.
Requirements & Skills
Experience in Press Shop having heavy mechanical , hydraulic and neumatic presses.
