Econometrician

Econometrician will play a leading role in our educational research team. This team analyzes longitudinal microdata to assess system and educator impact on student outcomes including test scores, attendance, graduation, attitudinal measures, and others in villages and schools.

Thorough technical knowledge of relevant econometrics methodology. Interpersonal skills; ability to work well in a team and successfully interact with villagers, volunteers and district partners; Competence and comfort level with statistical softwares i.e. STATA & SPSS. Ability to work both as part of a team and individually. Extreme diligence in meeting deadlines and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment. Travel extensively to remote areas for field work; travel incountry and travel abroad. Be able to deal with difficult field situations, handle intense work pressure and deliver under tight deadlines.
