- Ensuring and planning Primary sales Target of Distributor. - Achievement of Monthly sales targets. - Update the daily sales record. - Maintain and monitor daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets of Primary and Secondary sales. - Comparison yearly and monthly sales status in key outlet. - Availability and visibility of company's products brand wise. - Advising distributors on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business. - Team management through delegating responsibilities and tasks. - Identifying merchandise issues and opportunities based on selling and customer feedback.
