Construction Supervisor/sub Engineer 2

Description: To assist the Project Manager in the delivery of the projects by supervising and coordinating the onsite activities during site establishment installation, inspection, testing and commissioning and disestablishment Responsibilities: - Ensure site availability for new Build out & Renovation Project - Conduct on site coordination with contractor for executing of work as per approved drawings. - Monitor the quality of the execution/materials used and reporting any devotions to the contractor and the project manager. - Conduct Verification of vendor for Build out & Renovation Project. - Conduct Verification of vendors bills for processing of the payment - Ensure contractor work pace is as per required speed. - Ensure day to day task completion by the vendor on SITE. - Ensure all material used on SITE by contractor is of approved and agreed quality. - Resolve contractor issues on SITE - Coordinate with Project Manager and provide regular project updates. - Take Final Measurements of the project before closing of the project.

Position Requirements: - Hold a valid 3 years D.A.E Civil Engineering. Candidates having Bachelors degree along with diploma would be preferred. - Have 2-3 years of relevant work experience. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in operating MS Office Suite, especially word & excel.
