Call Center Agent 10

We are running a night shift and outbound call center located in Gulshan Block, Allama Iqbal Town Lahore. We need agents to make cold calls in Canada for promoting our services. agents would make cold calls, keep the record of all queries and follow them up.

Agents must be able to speak english fluently, work in challenging environment, retain customer's interest and get them to go along. He should be patient, hardworking, focused on work and ready to hit the target.
