Job Description
Virtual Remote administrator wanted for a small property management startup. You would be required to help with administrative tasks on a part-time remote bases. You will be helping the owner with the following:-
Basic accounting using google sheets or excel.
Google search on property portals and associated websites.
Adverising on social media.
Responding to adverts
Communicating on whatsapp / emails or phone calls with tenants.
Additional desirable skills would be to help owner with finding workmen, creating and maintaining a website.
You will need to have the following skills & experience:-
Your own computer / laptop with fast internet access
Ability to use google sheets or excell to perform accounting & book-keeping tasks
Using google apps to collaborate
Responding & replying to emails.
Making appointements and co-ordinating with workmen and other staff to schedule maintenance.
Ability to use social media.
Advertise on Social media.

Excellent English (both spoken & written)
