Looking for Legal Officer for an Industrial Group
The incumbent must be Law Graduate (LLB) and should have a minimum of 3-4 years experience with the ability to work on a wide variety of subject matter. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting and monitoring legal proceedings, following up on litigation related to Business legal matters, letter writing, drafting of contracts/other documents and related activities including regulatory compliance.
Candidates having diverse experience in corporate and litigation would be preferred.
