Job Description
- Implementing and improving the company’s current HR policies
- Taking initiative to develop new strategies and policies, as required
- Communicating with employees from all departments and of different backgrounds
- Providing a safe atmosphere for employees to voice concerns and issues
- Retaining past and current personnel records using a filing and retrieval system
- Overseeing attendance records, salary calculations and benefits program
- Nurturing a positive working environment
- Planning team building activities to elevate team members work experience
- Managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance, such as employee of the month programs, bonuses etc.
- Organizing technical training as well as soft training sessions based on team requirements
- Acting as the bridge between management and team members by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues
- Reporting to management and providing decision support through HR metrics
- Managing the recruitment and selection process for team expansion and future projects
- Preparing employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
Requirements & Skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
