Job Description
Strategy formulation & Implementation;
1. Contribute to the development and refinement of ITAs strategies.
2. Support the overall process of management and decision-making to ensure the organization maximizes its short, medium and long-term goals.
3. Liaise with other directors on the implementation of the Idaras strategic and operational plans.
4. Develop, review, and report on the operations divisions strategy, ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood and executed by the heads of department.
5. Ensure that the operational functions of the Idara are run effectively and efficiently so that each operational division performs in terms with their strategic plan, developmental plan and operational plan objectives.
6. Maintain the administration, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, communication and liaison on all Idaras affairs at a level acceptable to the board operations and controls;
7. Implement, maintain and manage an effective system of controls throughout the company, covering non-financial as well as financial controls.
8. Management, monitoring, reporting and communication in regard to financial and physical resources, administration and budgeting.
Requirements & Skills
Demonstrate excellence & expertise in the fields of financial management, administration and operations, IT and other operational affairs. Demonstrate an understanding of the environment of financial, administration, and HR planning. Demonstrate experience in the management of a team at a professional level.
