We are a well reputed US Call center “ACCESS BPO" located in Chaklala Scheme 3, Rawalpindi.
Now We are looking for CSR's to be a part of our team for its US campaigns i. e Auto Insurance.
Must have a good command on communication skills specifically ENGLISH and ability to work in Night Shift.
Responsibilities:
• Managing calls.
• Generating Sales leads.
• Assessing and identifying customers need and satisfaction.
• Use of valid accurate tools to gather complete information.
• Follow communication procedures, policies and guidelines.
Qualification:
• High school.
• Graduates.
• Master.
Gender:
• Male.

Working Hours:
• 7pm -5am. (10 hours).
• Full time.
• Monday – Friday.
