Junior Architect

3rd Planet is hiring Junior Architect in Rawalpindi.

Male and Female Both can Apply.

Responsibilities:

• Working on building material projects (i.e. Residential Commercial), creating design plans and close knit workings with the Architects, Interior Designers, Design Studios based in Islamabad/ Rawalpindi.
• Lead and develop projects from early concept through design development
• Prepare drawings, specifications, and construction documents
• Design and document commercial and industrial building projects
• Consult with clients to determine their requirements
• Coordinate preliminary architectural studies for major new structures and alterations to existing structures and site development
• Organize and manage permit documents
• Work with teams across business lines, in remote locations, and coordinate with subcontractors
• Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions
• Modify existing plans and elevations to fit client and sales needs
• Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.
• Developing and presenting project proposals.
• Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client's needs.
• Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact.
• Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations.
• Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.

Skills:

Proven working experience in architecture
Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations
Hands on experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, Lumion or other design programs
Attention to detail, artistic ability, vision and creativity
Interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Project and time management skills
