Assistant

Addiction Wears is a newly launched sports and gym wear apparels brand. We are located in UK but willing to serve customers in Pakistan as well. We are looking for Personal Assistant to Managing Director.

The person we are looking for:

a) Must have a high level of literacy

b) Is proficient with Microsoft Office

c) Must be able to have discussion with manufacturers, get the samples delivered, test them, ordering bulk quantity, uploading to the website, hiring models for photo shoot with our apparels, etc.

d) Has strong communication skills

e) Is highly organised

f) Can work from home with occasional in person meetings.

g) Is adaptable - experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

MD requires a highly organised assistant with a strong degree level education (Fashion Designing preferred but not mandatory), and the ability to assist with diary keeping, scheduling of work and personal activities, documentation, plans, paperwork, decision making, invoice administration, delegation of tasks, and inbox management.

You will work closely on a day to day basis with the MD within the above fields and provide organisational support.

Monday to Friday

Work remotely:

Yes but attending meetings occasionally in person.
