Linux,apache,mysql,php Developer 3

We need a PHP programmer who is well versed in CLI unix and linux commands. ( for instance the should be able to demonstrate the ability to write a short script in php that creates a symbolic link on the server in specific folder and set the permissions of that file.They should also show the ability to make a basic cli session starting script and be able to pipe the output of that shell session to a text field on a html form. They should also be able to demonstrate XML and HTML5 knowledge)

Must have two years experience in Php programming/ Development. At least computer science/ Computer Engineering Work in Linux Environment Good Communication skills.
