Recovery Officer

Recovery from clients such as american express, HSBC etc. Make weekly recovery status report and send it to the concerned authorities. Responsible for maximizing recoveries. You are expected to be resourceful in using different tactics in getting recoveries and handle different or difficult situations when necessary.

Posses strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated. At least one year of related collection experience in a banking environment.
