Job Description
- Responsible for the front desk, reception and routine administrative tasks.
- Receives all incoming calls, messages & routes to appropriate person.
- Greets the guests and visitors, provides information about routine queries, concerning departments, services or procedures.
- Maintains a current record of changes in office and personnel.
- Performs office administrative tasks such as typing, filing, sending facsimile and maintaining office records.
- To carry out, any other duties/activities as and when assigned by the Supervisor
Requirements & Skills
- Presentable, decent, well-mannered and confident "Female" with good communications skills
- Basic working knowledge of computer applications, emails and MS Office
- Skills in keeping and maintaining record and office files.
