• • Identification of Prospects clients for available inventory in hand for Sales/Rental Offers
  • Communicate with prospect clients to acquire their requirements and choice of property and then forward proposals accordingly
  • Invite prospective clients for exploratory visits
  • Preparation of documents such as purchase agreements and supplementary service/sub-lessee contracts etc
  • Following up on deals in progress to ensure closure of deals in time documents are signed and payments are received in time as per the payment plans
  • Travels within city and also nationwide to meet prospective clients for achieving Sales Targets
  • Prepare daily sales call/progress reports for reporting to CMO and senior company management
  • Render effort for achieving assigned Sales Targets
  • Carry out assigned tasks as and when required by CMO
