Job Description
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting interviews, recruitment test and reference checks.
- Responsible for employees’ engagement activities, training & development and organizational development.
- Act as a custodian of HR Policy Manual:
- Plan, develop and implement processes/policies for HR. The processes shall include but not limited to: recruitment and selection policy/practices, office ethics, discipline, grievances, counselling, compensation and benefits, training and development, succession planning, morale and motivation, culture and performance management system.
- Ensure strict implementation of HR processes and policies.
- Conduct periodic in-house trainings on existing and new HR policies.
- Any other task related to the update of Policy Manual.
- Conduct Training Need Analysis, coordinate and arrange trainings, conduct and develop material when needed. Maintain all training records and calendars.
- Execute quarterly/yearly Performance Management System and Appraisal Cycle.
- Responsible for HR ERP development, implementation, customization as per organization’s requirements and ensure proper functioning of ERP.
- Manage HR’s official social media page i.e., LinkedIn. Create engaging content and polls etc.
- Execute day-to-day HR functions and any other task assigned by the line manager.
- Provide support to HR Operations and Recruitment as and when needed.
- Ensure all the HR processes are aligned with new HR policies and also ensure strict implementation of these policies within organization.
- Manage employee relations and grievances.
- Update management on any new HR standards and market practices.
- Any other task assigned by the Line Manager.

- Highly Motivated & Energetic and have a huge Appetite for Work & Growth.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools particularly expertise in word, excel and power point.
- Good Time management, Teamwork & Team Management.
