Job Description
- Implement annual sales plan as prepared by Sales Manager.
- Ensure the sales plan is followed on a daily basis and the necessary information updated in ZOHO CRM.
- Responsible for generating new client leads and on-time feedback to clients for their queries
- Responsible for visiting industrial areas in the geographical region assigned by Sales Manager.
- Keep record of potential Inquiries and report them to Sales Manager in approved reporting formats.
- Responsible for the completion and execution of business development process i.e., From Prospect to Pipeline and to Backlog in a reasonable time frame.
- Meet deadlines and business objectives set by the Sales Manager.
- Arrange weekly meetings for Sales Manager with potential prospects.
- Inform Sales Manager in case of his visit is required in closing deals.
- Discuss major and strategic inquiries with Sales Manager for their pricing and overall handling.

Requirements & Skills
- Exceptional English Communication Skills (both written & verbal).
- Highly Motivated & Energetic and have a huge Appetite for Work & Growth.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools particularly expertise in word, excel and power point.
- Good Time management, Teamwork & Team Management.
- 5.Must have good negotiation skills.
