Job Description
The Office Assistant who will report to Office Manager for daily routine tasks, including:
1. Can receive in coming telephonic calls and diversion
2. Provide word-processing and secretarial support
3. Control the administrative requirement of office staff like office and stationery supplies and posting/mailing and other day to day administrative activities.
4. Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements & Skills
1.Bachelors degree from a reputed institute.
Presentable personality
2.Must be good at communications skills. ( Written / Verbal)
3.Computer literate (Microsoft Office and Urdu Software).
4.Hardworking and self motivated.
5.Be honest and trustworthy
6.Be flexible
7.Demonstrate sound work ethics.
8.Good Knowledge of Computer Hardware and Operating system.
