A leading real estate marketing Company, Star Marketing (Pvt.) Ltd., is seeking dynamic, energetic professionals for its Islamabad office.

The organization is looking for a Telesales Marketing Officers for its Islamabad office. Preference will be given to those who have excellent presentation skills and real estate marketing experience. Females who can make a difference in the field of sales and marketing are encouraged to apply.

• Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; verifying information and responding timely to customer’s emails and social media platforms.
• Documenting all call information and pursuing the clients.
• Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales. Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
• Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
• Provide product and service information to customers.
• Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management.
• Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.

• Graduation in Marketing or relevant field
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical and multitasking skills
• Excellent data entry and typing skills
• Customer focus and client handling skills
• Experience in dealing with the public
• 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment will be preferable
