Shift Incharge

1-Supervise production line operation in accordance with plant policies and procedures. 2-Ensure smooth production operation during shift. 3-Train and coach production line employees. 4-Responsible for shift schedule to include: work station assignments/rotations and shift rotations. 5-Coordinate production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers.

1-D.A.E(Mechanical,Chemical)/B-Tech(Mechanical,Chemical) 2-Basic reading, writing,arithmetic skills and Technical Skills required. 3-Knowledge of the manufacturing processes, procedures, and machinery.
