Job Responsibilities: Assisting the management in drafting and scrutinizing agreements, contracts and other legal instruments relating to the activities of the company. Assisting in rendering proper legal advice to companys management Consulting legal references and pertinent laws. Reviewing the applicability of legal provisions relating to immunities and privileges.

Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong background knowledge of major local & international laws. Computer office applications and internet friendly.
