Personal Care Formulation Consultant

The person will be contributing for the formulation and development of a wide range of products within the personal care, toiletry and cosmetic range. To assist and suggest in modifications of the existing products in terms of stability, fragrance, appearance, etc. Undertaking all appropriate documentation, labeling, testing and safety assessments of cosmetic products to meet regulatory compliance, product quality and safety requirements.

Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong project management, time management, and leadership skills. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience of working in R&D environment in the personal care industry is essential; however candidates with strong back ground in natural research sector would be given preference. Computer office applications and internet friendly. Must have innovative and creative approach for research and development of new personal care products.
