Job brief

  • We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Customer Support & Compliance to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the organization.
  • The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, and to meet their expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the customer support department’s day-to-day functions
  • Responding to escalated customer support issues.
  • Implementing customer support processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Formulating and revising customer support policies and promote their implementation.
  • Informing the team of all new information related to products, procedures, and trends.
  • Assessing support statistics and preparing detailed reports on the findings.
  • Overseeing and evaluating the team's ongoing performance.
  • Delivering performance evaluations and following the disciplinary process according to company policy.
  • Collaborate with corporate counsels and HR departments to monitor enforcements
  • Perform audit and generate internal reports
  • Take preliminary actions

Requirements & Skills

Requirements

  • 1 year of proven working experience in the field of Customer Support and or Compliance.
  • Experience in providing customer service support
  • Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
  • Proficiency in English
  • Working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools
  • Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications
  • Ability to think strategically and to lead
  • Strong communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Customer service orientation
