Job brief
- We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Customer Support & Compliance to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the organization.
- The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, and to meet their expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the customer support department’s day-to-day functions
- Responding to escalated customer support issues.
- Implementing customer support processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Formulating and revising customer support policies and promote their implementation.
- Informing the team of all new information related to products, procedures, and trends.
- Assessing support statistics and preparing detailed reports on the findings.
- Overseeing and evaluating the team's ongoing performance.
- Delivering performance evaluations and following the disciplinary process according to company policy.
- Collaborate with corporate counsels and HR departments to monitor enforcements
- Perform audit and generate internal reports
- Take preliminary actions
Requirements & Skills
Requirements
- 1 year of proven working experience in the field of Customer Support and or Compliance.
- Experience in providing customer service support
- Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
- Proficiency in English
- Working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools
- Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications
- Ability to think strategically and to lead
- Strong communication skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Customer service orientation
