Customer Support Representative

Electro Inc. is a Canadian Based Group. We are looking for CSR/TSRs for our Karachi based office who will be part of a Customer Support (Inbound and Outbound) and Sales calling team responsible for aggressively growing our customer base This job is mainly for an inbound call centre, however there might be outbound campaigns once a month (if any) As a member of our support team you would be required to provide support regarding our products to our customers and international clients via calls and live chat platforms Pick and drop service is available Please do not apply if you do not meet the required critera or are not available for night shifts

The candidate must have the following skills: 1. A natural accent 2. Should be able to speak English fluently with full confidence. 3. Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software 4. Be time flexible as the job is based in evening and night shifts (From 4pm - 2am and 1am - 11am)
