Job Description
The highly demanding role as CSR (In-Bond Taxi Controller) will be responsible for receiving In-bound calls from UK Based Customers who chose us to look after their needs to book/amend their transportation need. As a CSR and face of our Company, you will be answering in-bound calls from UK Based Customers in proficient English (Preferably British Accent).
In this role you will be handling various tasks such as:
- Airport Pick-up and Drop-off bookings.
- In case of an issue from both sides escalate the complaint to the relevant department and seek guidance on priority basis keeping the fact that the customer is always right.
- Swiftly handle Queries/Grievances from Drivers.
- In this role you must have excellent communication skills (close listening and soft speaking) and while using your skills always consider 7 Points of Output to ensure the Quality based result to every single call received.
Requirements & Skills
YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO DO:
- Take instructions from the customers for a specific vehicle as per his/her requirement.
- Offer customers with timely and error free pricing.
- Amend and Cancel active bookings on customer’s request, do as for reason and provide solutions where required.
- Liaison with UK Office i-e. Supervisor and Shift In-Charge to resolve any queries which may come-up.
- Always meet a High Level of Customer Service and Satisfaction.
- Handling customer complaints and feedback in an efficient manner which can and will increase our business volume.
- Connect the Customer with the Driver to ensure a smooth and pleasant ride. The focus should always be on quality,
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENT:
- Preferably Inbound Call Center Experience or Minimum of 1 Year Experience in a similar role with a reputed Call Center.
