Job Description

We are looking for Assistant Branch Managers for our Rawalpindi Office. The applicant must be qualified and has sales experience.

The primary responsibility of the Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) is to increase sales and meet the targets viz-a-viz, ensuring that his/her sales agents are making sales.

Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) is also responsible for hiring sales agents. ABM searches for and interviews potential candidates, then onboard recruits with industry and company policy training. It’s also the responsibility of the ABM to evaluate existing team members’ performances and terminate them when necessary.

Experienced candidates will be given preference. However, fresh candidates with higher studies are encouraged to apply.
