Administrator

1. Administrators are responsible for the day-to-day operation of the center.

2. To coordinate the actions of all departments and ensure they function as one.

3. Organize, direct, control and coordinate medical and health services in relation to policies set by head office with the permission of Board of Trustees.

4. Recruit, hire and evaluate, nurses and doctors make hiring report and send to head office

5. Participate in fundraising and health planning.

6. Stay up-to-date with new healthcare laws and regulations, as well as medical and technological advances.

7. Solve real-world challenges with modern theories of leadership, management and negotiation

8. Integrate marketing, operations, personnel and financial initiatives

9. Assess risk using financial, statistical and economic data, and create manageable solutions

10. Supervise daily administrative operations

11. Monitor expenses and suggest cost-effective alternatives

12. Plan, Create quarterly and annual budgets

13. Develop and implement effective policies for all operational procedures

14. Prepare work schedules

15. Maintain organized medical and employee records

16. Monitor administrative staff’s performance

17. Train new employees

18. Ensure prompt ordering and stocking of medical and office supplies

19. Answer queries from doctors, nurses and healthcare staff

20. Resolve potential issues with patients

21. Stay up-to-date with healthcare regulations.

22. Ensure compliance to the policies of the Trust.

23. Any other responsibility assigned by the administration must be performed timely, properly and efficiently

Administrative Experience in Health Sector, specially in Blood Banking and Hemotological Services.
