Team Manager / Assistant Branch Manager 3

1. To hire sales team for marketing & sale of Financial, Health & Takaful products

2. After training, work on their grooming, learning & Objection Handling

3. Supervise, monitor their daily, weekly & monthly activities, sales & performance

4. Keep his / her team montivated.

1. Experience in Sale Industry, preferrably, in Life Insurance / Bancassurance for one year.

2. Relevant supervisory experience of hiring, managing team(s).

3. Ensure Target Achievement thru Team Members

4. Must possess Excellent interpersonal skills

5. This position carries Salary + Commission + Override on total business of team(s)

6. Group Life, Group Health & Enrollment in EOBI after completion of Probation Period
