Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and complaints.

Responsibilities:

Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

Communicating with customers through phone calls.

Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

Knowing about company policies so that you can answer questions.

Keeping records of customer interactions and complaints.

Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Have ability to respond Emails.

Requirements:

Minimum education requirement is graduation.

Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.

Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.

Must have computer skills

Experience working with customer support.
