Business Analyst

- Works with senior analyst to identify required changes.
- Prepares and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
- Develops product requirement specifications for development team.
- Communicates needed changes to development team.
- Ensures that issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
- Reports closed issues to the concerned stakeholders
- Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
- Takes input from supervisor and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback.
- Communicates and applies project standards.
- Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients.
- Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
- Assists in the facilitation of team and client meetings.
- Delivers informative, well-organized presentations.
- Possesses understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design.
- Understands Internet and client/server architectures.
- Pushes creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry practices and client mindsets.
- Facilitates effective team interaction.

- Good communicator with excellent inter-personal skills.
- 1 year experience in business analysis.
- Knowledge of tecnical writing.
