Job Description
The IRC-PRIDE Project (Primary Health Care Revitalization, Integration and Decentralization in Earthquake Affected Areas), implemented by an international consortium, is seeking to recruit the firm or individual to develop a MS Access Database.
Individuals or companies may submit their 'Expression of Interest' (EOI) to complete the MS Access database within 3 months of starting, including the following deliverables:.
→ Identification of key data inputs and outputs, ER diagram, storyboards and database design
→ Database administration / control panel (optional)
→ Two functional database prototypes, the first catering for data entry requirements and the second dealing with reporting requirements
→ Samples reports (based on dummy data)
→ Transformation data from existing database to newly developed database
→ User manual and final documentation and training of project staff regarding database utilization.

The EOI including a cover letter, a detailed CV and full contact information must be received no later than 11th June, 2009:
