Deputy Manager Quality Control (apparel)

1.To plan and execute quality control plan according to production plan.
2.To ensure that quality parameters of produced garments are in line with the planned and standardized specifications.
3.To be responsible to check and verify the quality parameters of in process garment at each level of production i.e. from cut to pack.
4.To pay visits to customers and sometimes to the factories involved in execution of production plan.
5.To manage and control the manpower of quality control department.

1.Should be well versed with AQL standards.
2.Strong knowledge of Quality Parameters of garments at different stages of production.
3.Strong Production Knowledge of Apparel Industry.
4.Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
5.Strong ability to indentify quality problems and its rectification.
