Customer Relation Officer

Responsibilities: Preparation of manifestation requests for lines upon receipt of shipping documents from overseas agents Collection of Vessel information from lines
Maintain all import shipment record
Dispatch of arrival notice to consignees
Collection of charges schedule from lines case to case bases
Provide the vessel information & charges to clients on request
Maintaining of lines local office data & charges schedule for the each relevant line
Preparation/submission of freight quotation to clients
Follow-up to potential clients

Qualification: Minimum Graduate
01 Year Minimum in same field & capacity
Computer literate
