Financial Controller

- Confer on overall company finances and divisional performance with the CEO - Prepare financial statements & forecasts, perform budget variance analysis, make presentations to the board, manages taxes and perform many special projects - Evaluate ways to improve the financial control and planning - Manage client billing and project costing - Prioritize multiple, nearly always conflicting, priorities across projects. - Qualified ACCA/ACMA with 3+ years of experience with a reputable organization - Strong financial and analytical skills - Knowledge and experience of financial planning - Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal - Must have a high level of proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with popular accounting software will be a plus. - Understand the application of i2c technology and the business purpose it serves - Demonstrate the necessary communication and interpersonal skills to interact with and present to investors, shareholders and clients at a high level - Be capable of preparing and executing a clear and concise financial plan - Self managing, highly organized and capable of prioritizing work load based
