-One Must know to Manage and lead a team of employees to meet up daily and monthly targets.
-Maintain Quality of work and sales while doing call verification for team members.
-Communicates company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to team.
-Motivates team members and assesses performance with live monitoring.
-Provides help to floor manager and keeps management updated on team performance with daily reporting
-Communicates concerns and policies among management and team members.
