ProGlobal Technologies is looking for candidates in the night shift with outstanding communication skills and should possess strong negotiation ability.
The candidate should be enthusiastic and must have a proven work experience of customer service and have the ability to work in a performance-oriented environment.
Call center / BPO experience will be preferred along with Basic IT skills (databases, MS Office, etc.)
