Laravel Developer

• We are looking for a Laravel developer with an eye for attention to detail, a good listen, be able to follow instructions and above all, a passinate coder.
• This role is full-time, permanent and remote (ie, working from home or place of your choice) to start with.
• Being a remote role you must be able to arrange your own development equipment, a reliable internet connection and a backup power supply in case of load shedding.

• Recruitment process will involve multiple steps, short-listed candidates will have to go through online tests and attend one or more video interviews. Salary is flexible depending upon experience.

Must have:

- Laravel experience of at least 2 years, v5.0 onwards

- MySQL or MariaDB v5.5 onwards

- Goog understanding of MVC

- Some HTML/CSS/Bootstrap experience

- Understanding of OOP concepts

- Some frontend experience in jQuery or Vue.js

- Ability to write clean, efficient code

- Ability to work with git and bitbucket

- Ability to work on your own under the directions of team lead

- Ability to clearly communicate in English, verbal & written

Desirable but not essential:

- Experience of Wordpress

- Experience of later versions of Laravel, for example v7 or v8

- Vue.js experience
