Social Media And Marketing Expert

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Marketing Expert who has also experience of managing different social media platforms for business and content creation.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating social media networks (Facebook page, Instagram) and post ads' with a good content relevant to our product, in order to attract customer engagement towards our brand.

• Designs a Social Media Strategy in accordance with the marketing goals.

• Oversee social media accounts and creative side in collaboration with a graphic designer.

• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews

• Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency

• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences

• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications

• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

• Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram

• Researches and monitors the activity of company competitors

• Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters and blog content, or social media messages

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of Social Media Marketing experience on all major social media platforms – LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and Instagram.

• Verifiable examples of social media marketing successes and wins.

• Impeccable attention to detail.

• Exceptional business writing skills and can visualize as well as convey a message into relevant and interesting content.

• Expert level skills in using and navigating social media networks and 3rd party tools.
