Customer Support Representative 5

We are looking for an experienced customer support representative who can help us inhouse with the following tasks:

• Email handling
• Call Handling
• Live Chat Support
• Order processing

Requirement:

• At least 1-year of experience in the eCommerce industry
• Able to communicate with the customer on live chat and over the phone call
• Quick learner and can work under pressure
• Multitasker

What we are offering:

• 20K to 30K salary
