AML Compliance Officer

- Deal with company’s Legal & Compliance department with respect to compliance and Implementation of AML/CFT and other regulatory compliance.

- Provide legal protection & risk management on issues arising from the different laws and actual or anticipated lawsuits.

- Ensure AML and CFT and other regulatory training to employees.

- Monitoring of Insurance related statutes and ensuring that the in-house documents are up to date.

- Represent the company or its officials in various Legal proceedings at the appropriate forums, as needed.

- Consult/advise Operations and Sale team with respect to regulatory compliance and maintenance of documents

- Represent the company before SECP audits/ legal forums as needed

- AML/CFT laws

- Communication skills
