Call Central is looking for a Customer Service Representative for their USA based inbound Call Center in Karachi (office job). The applicant with following knowledge, skills and attributes are encouraged to apply:

1. Excellent written and communication skills (English)

2. Computer Savvy

3. Can listen carefully to customer’s concerns and empathize with their experience

It is basically a night shift job with 9 hours shift from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am. so peoples who are willing to work in night are encourage to apply.

Salary: Rs18,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month

Freshers can also apply but experience is a plus point.
