Work From Home - Sales Development Rep's

We’re looking for bright, talented, sales-minded professionals for our North American client, who have a passion for the industry and want to work in an energetic, upbeat environment.

What we are looking for?

- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales (when required)
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Prior experience in B2B cold calling is preferred.

What you should have:

- Minimum High School / Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Prior appointment setting/telesales experience in the US market preferred
- Able to communicate in English proficiently
- Possess good telephone etiquette with a smiley voice & provide great value and service to customers.
