Manager Or Team Leader

Rack Master Engineering Works required male or female manager or experienced team leader who can manage and lead staff and responsible for overseeing all activities within a team.

Responsible to develop team strengths and improve weaknesses.

Responsible for deciding how to approach tasks and develop a plan to accomplish them.

Responsible for distributing information to team members and stakeholders.

Responsible for keeping track of and structuring various tasks, employees and documents.

Must have organizational skills and resolve conflicts.

Must have Verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
