Regional Sales Manager

The selected candidate will report to senior management and will have following responsibilities:

1. Market research and strategy making.
2. Introduce and establish Metallogen brand in specific market.
3. Generate opportunities & convert them to sales.
4. Manage marketing & branding activities.
5. Customer relationship management.
6. Develop and manage team to increase market share and penetration.

The successful candidate (Male) will exhibit following attributes:

1. Drive to excel and learn new technologies.
2. Pleasant personality and convincing communication skills.
3. Ability to manage valuable sales resources to build a winning team.
4. At least 7 years’ experience in industrial sales & marketing.
5. MBA marketing from well reputed Institute. Professionals with a double degree e.g. B.Sc and MBA in marketing are more suitable for this role but all applicants with MBA marketing are most welcome to apply.
6. Can do attitude similar to Stock Dale paradox!
7. Experience managing sales teams
8. Experience in generating and maintaining relationships with sales leads.
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
