About the Business:
ZTA Education Consultants is an Australian education agency. We provide professional course and career guidance services to international students. We are located a short walk from Flinders Street train station in Melbourne CBD & our Islamabad office is in Sector G-13/4. We are growing a team of education consultants and due to expansion we are looking for an enthusiastic new team member to join our Islamabad Office.
Job Description:
We are seeking Female Admissions Officer / Office Coordinator with strong organizational and administration skills. We require someone with a strong people focus and commitment to building relationships both internally and externally. You will responsible for providing all-around support with office facilities and assisting other staff members in their various duties.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the office runs efficiently, including liaising with facilities/premises management
- Providing reception support
- General office tasks including stationery and stock orders etc.
- Providing general administration support to all staff members.
- Coordinating with education partners and clients to finalize student admissions.
- Assisting with events management & Education/Career Expos

Requirements & Skills
Skills and experience:
- Previous work experience in the Australian education sector is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication, quick learning and the ability to multi-task
- Competent with MS office
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Commitment to excel in all tasks
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships
