Job Description
- On job training.
- Will get the ISO from sales dept. and prepare the material demand accordingly.
- Will generate the material demand.
- Will prepare the production plan on daily & weekly basis according to available materials & orders & get its approval from authority.
- Will monitor the production as per given plan.
- Will prepare the daily production report.
- Will prepare the daily waste report.
- Will point out the major causes and/or reasons of waste to make it down.
- Will prepare weekly maintenance schedule of machinery.
- Will liaison with dispatcher to make dispatch accordingly as per promised dates.
- Will make neat and clean the production area.
- Will maintain the quite & calm environment in production area.
- Will prepare the monthly reports of ISOs, production & wastage etc.
- Will prepare the overtime sheet accordingly.
- Will coordinate with suppliers to get our material on or before time.
- Will maintain discipline in production area by all means.
- Will be transparent in each & every act and will not hide anything from higher management.
Any other possible or additional clause may be added as per future requirement
