Job Description

Coordination Skills Required:
Coordinate all management meetings and ensure that there is a reporting matrix to record all major outputs.
Developing Skills required:
Develop the report format according to the requirements of management.
Demo development/business analysis and marketing.
Liaise with managers in different departments and collect relevant information on behalf of the CEO to formulate future regulatory policies.
Develop instructions and policies on the management of general rules and regulations.
Assisting Skills Required:
Assist senior management to develop company presentations.
Help to automate business processes by collecting information from various departments of developers and Beta test systems.
Professionally review and evaluate existing policies, processes and procedures, and assist in bridging gaps and suggested solutions, including automation (if necessary).
Professional assistance in managing company training, meetings and conferences.
Effectively monitor and evaluate progress and achieve employee goals within the company.
Assist the CEO to conduct internal investigations on confidential documents and prepare the meeting agenda.
Manage the CEO’s calendar and ensure that plans and other daily activities are aligned with goals.
The accurate utilization of budget, used for activities, care and social activities.
Other activities required by the competent department from time to time.

Requirements & Skills

Strong command on communication: Preferably English communication skills (written and spoken).
Exceptional English Communication Skills (both written & verbal).
Highly Motivated & Energetic and have a huge Appetite for Work & Growth.
Time management, Teamwork & Team Management.
Prompt to work in different scenarios with different departments and teams.
Capability to execute various tasks.
