Project Manager

May include but not limited to:

• The ability to take ownership of a project from start to finish.
• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements of the project.
• Overall responsibility for project scope, budget and schedule
• Projects may include design-build, design only or construction only
• Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities to attain them.
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects and scope of a project.
• Reviews project deliverables prepared by project team before passing to client.
• Effectively applies project methodology and enforces project standards, policies and procedures.
• Minimizes exposure and risk on the project.
• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Responsible for tracking and reporting team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.
• Analyzes project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization.
• Facilitates regular project team and client meeting effectively.
• Acknowledges and recognizes each team member’s contributions.
• Develops good relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.
• Works with client to resolve problems.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor as needed.

• PEC registered engineer
• Mechanical Engineer
• 10+ years of experience with EPC company and as PROJECT MANAGER.
• Good commmunication skills (written and verbal)
• languages: English, Urdu, Sindhi / punjabi
