Job Description

  • Ensure delivery of Excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of order, communication and coordination with other departments to resolve inquiries.
  • First point of customer for general inquiries like pricing, products, scheduling and alignment of vehicles
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customer.
  • Builds and maintain business relationships with customers by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty.
  • Contribute to maintain strength relationships with vendors
  • Track and trace cargo as required
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system
  • Meet KPI standards, as per the company procedures
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Understand department Process flow, constantly looking for area's of improved efficiency
  • Efficient interpersonal skills, including a proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results
  • Understanding of transportation documentation and terms is a plus

Requirements & Skills

  • Candidate with knowledge of Karachi city will given preference
  • Good computer skills (Excel, word, PowerPoint).
